Aliva integrates with all major EHR systems through FHIR standards, including Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Allscripts, and athenahealth. Custom integrations are available for enterprise customers.

Standard implementations typically take 2-4 weeks depending on your organization's size and complexity. This includes EHR integration, staff training, and workflow customization. Enterprise deployments may require additional time.

You get full access to all features for 14 days with no credit card required. After the trial ends, you can choose a plan that fits your needs or your account will be paused until you subscribe.

Absolutely. Aliva is fully HIPAA compliant with signed Business Associate Agreements (BAA) for all customers. We maintain SOC 2 Type II certification and undergo regular third-party security audits.

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We use role-based access controls, audit logging, and multi-factor authentication. Enterprise customers can opt for dedicated infrastructure or on-premise deployment.

Data is stored in HIPAA-compliant AWS data centers located in the United States. Enterprise customers can choose specific data residency regions or opt for on-premise deployment for complete control.
